Shipping Policy

It means a lot to us that you chose to place an order with Chill Country Cannabis. We're motivated to get your order out quickly so you can slip into a Chill County state of mind.
Shipping
We make every effort to ensure that all our products are not sold or delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21.
We offer free shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipping to the contiguous United States only, and only to states we currently service. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*US Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.) We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, nor do we ship internationally. What constitutes a qualified order may change over time and without warning.

Currently, these are the only states where we are able to ship products. This list is subject to change, and we will make every effort to prevent orders from states not in this list:

Shipping options & rates
We make every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Expedited options may not be available in all areas. Expedited orders placed after 10:00am central time will require an additional business day for processing.
The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.

Shipping holidays
Chill Country and its shipping partners will not be shipping or delivering orders during federally-observed holidays. Shipping estimates will begin the following business day.
Contiguous United States
We ship ground on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Shipping to a PO Box
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
Alaska and Hawaii
We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. All future shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we'll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
As Alaska and Hawaii fall out of the contiguous US, promotional shipping (like free shipping) is not valid for orders shipped there.
International shipping
We do not currently accept any international orders and do not ship any packages internationally.
